Jeffrey S. DeMond
Jeff is a serial founder and CEO with deep industry-level experience acquiring, building, and monetizing media and telecommunications businesses. He holds or recently held board director, significant committee, and advisory positions at NCTA, C-SPAN, CableLabs, and The Cable Center.
Leonard Higgins
Lenny is a proven C–level leader with deep experience building and running small and large telecommunications and technology businesses. He lists significant achievements in launching new products and services and evaluating and buying new businesses.
Shawn Beqaj
Shawn brings significant public policy, regulatory, government funding program management, network interconnection/IP backhaul, public and government communications as well as operational network construction/expansion experience to the Archtop team.
